Full Gut Renovation of a 1900s Brownstone from cut up SRO apartments to luxury Two Family Home (Duplex and Triplex): Carefully removed, repaired and restored original woodwork and doors. Replicated woodwork, trim, baseboard, crown moulding and other historical details where missing or not salvageable. Fabricated custom radiator covers and front entry doors . Dug out Cellar to make garden apartment into a duplex. Designed and selected all finishes for Bathrooms and Kitchens. Oversaw construction of custom Kitchen cabinetry. Installed new electrical & fixtures, plumbing, heating and HVAC. Created a fully automated Smart House with integrated sound system and security. Replaced roof, skylights and all windows. Lay new hardwood floor and custom finished. Installed sound dampening throughout. Pointed and sealed exterior rear facade. Restored front facade, stoop, steps and railing. Added 2 rear decks and a fenced in rear yard with patio.
BROOKLYN SINGLE FAMILY REMODEL
Full Gut Remodel of Single Family Home: Dug out Basement to convert 2 floor home into 3 floors of living space. Performed all demolition, construction and finishing. Installed all new electrical & fixtures, plumbing, heating and HVAC. Replaced roof, skylights, all windows and interior doors. Installed custom Nano Door. Install new floating staircase with custom glass railing. Lay new hardwood floor and custom finished. Installed Radiant Heated Floor. Renovated Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom and Kitchen.
STRIVERS’ ROW HISTORICAL RESTORATION
Full Historical Restoration of 1924 Brownstone: Modified house to be fully ADA Accessible. Installed Elevator. Designed and installed ADA Accessible Kitchen and Bathrooms. Upgraded garage to be wirelessly temperature controlled and have an electric car charger port. Jacked house up and repaired/replaced cut and damaged beams to level it. Restored original woodwork, staircase, columns and fireplaces. Replicated woodwork, trim, baseboard & crown moulding where not salvageable. Repaired and restored original French Parquet floor with mahogany inlay. Installed new electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC. Home is fully automated Smart House, sound system with hidden speakers. Replaced roof, skylights, all windows and interior doors. Pointed rear facade and repair front facade. Lay new hardwood floor and custom finished.
